1) Florence + the Machine released a new track this week, “What The Water Gave Me,” and it’s just as epic as you’d expect. We got a sneak peek of this track back at her ACL taping in June, but now you can download the track it via YouTube.
2) Another lady we love is Cher Horowitz, whose every outfit has been compiled into one 60-second video that proves she is the ultimate Betty.
3) Of course, our style infatuation with Cher is predated by our style infatuation with another lady who brought rainbow colors and oddly anthropomorphized animals into our lives each August through her signature school supplies. Finally, the crazy genius of Lisa Frank has been given the (faux) documentary treatment, courtesy of the reliably hilarious Upright Citizens Brigade.

4) We’ve heard about surprise engagements but what about surprise weddings. This groom brings the surprise element to a whole new level when he springs a whole wedding (including friends and family and the works) on his girlfriend.
5) We have to bow down before the genius who created The Cat Scan, a tumblr devoted not to medical images but to actual scans of cats. So put your own feline friend on your scanner and add to their collection, which includes gems like the following:

Awww, Cher. It’s been too long since I’ve seen Clueless.
Wow. That Lisa Frank thing is awesome. Is that a real joke movie? I’d watch it.
I’m guessing it’s just a faux trailer and not a whole movie, but I agree that would be awesome.
And I can totally watch Clueless any day!
